Working as one team, our goal is to become more than your landscape contractor, we want to become your landscape partner.  We are proud of the professionals that work at SLP and that so many of our neighbors have recognized this and have selected us to design, build and maintain their landscape investment.  Each client and property has a unique set of needs.  Managing those needs through several different companies and relationships can be difficult.  Through our unique client management approach, your Account Manager or Project Manager, backed by a team of professionals, will work closely with you to understand your needs and your vision for your property.

What does successful landscape and property management look like?

We believe that the key to successful management and longterm relationships is communication.  Many of our clients own second homes in the Lakes Region and are only at their lake home a handful of times a year, making communication and execution that much more important.  Ultimately, your home should be a source of relaxation and enjoyment-not stress.  By offering a full-suite of services and communicating effectively, our goal is to manage your property from season-to-season and year-to-year.
